Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Lucix Agency ("Lucix", "we", "us") is a management agency for content creators. We operate www.lucixagency.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit the Site or apply to work with us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We are the data controller for that data. This policy is written for applicants in the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada and follows the UK GDPR, Canada's PIPEDA and applicable US state privacy laws.

2. What we collect

We only collect what we need to review your application and get back to you. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, any explicit content, identity documents or financial details through the Site.

2.1 Information you give us

When you fill in the application form we collect:

• Identity and contact details: your name, age, city, phone number and, if you give it, your email address.
• Your creator profile: your Instagram username, whether you already have a creator account, and the phone you use to make content.
• Your interests and anything you choose to write in the free-text fields.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the Site records technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and how you reached us. Our hosting provider collects this for security and performance. If you arrived from one of our ads, an advertising pixel may also record that you visited (see section 6).

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

We use your data to:

• Review your application and decide whether we are a good fit, and contact you about it — on the basis that you asked us to (steps before entering a contract, and your consent for the interests you tell us about).
• Run, secure and improve the Site, and measure whether our advertising works — on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating a business, balanced against your rights.
• Comply with the law, for example age verification and responding to lawful requests.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data, and we never share your application with other creators or with anyone in your local area. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the Site and reply to you:

• Webflow, Inc. (USA), which hosts the Site and stores form submissions on our behalf.
• Meta Platforms, if you reached us through an ad, for measuring that ad (see section 6).
• The messaging service we use to reply to you (WhatsApp, Instagram or Telegram), which processes messages under its own privacy policy.

5. Security

Your application is sent over an encrypted connection and stored in Webflow's secured systems, with access limited to the people who review applications. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data and will tell you if a breach affects you.

6. Cookies and advertising pixels

The Site uses only the cookies needed to work. We may also use the Meta pixel, which sets a cookie and tells Meta that you visited so we can measure our ads and reach similar audiences. You can control this through your Meta ad settings and your browser's cookie settings, and it is not used to identify you to anyone.

7. Links to other sites

The Site may link to services we do not operate. Their privacy practices are their own, and we recommend reading their policies before you share anything with them.

8. Age

We work only with adults. The Site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it. If you believe a minor has sent us their details, please contact us.

9. Where your data goes

Lucix Agency is run from the United Kingdom, and some of our providers (Webflow, Meta) are in the United States. When your data leaves the UK, Canada or your US state it is protected by the provider's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard, so it keeps the same level of protection wherever it is processed.

10. How long we keep it

If we do not go on to work together, we delete your application within 12 months of receiving it, sooner if you ask. If we do work together, the details you gave become part of our working relationship and are kept for as long as that lasts and for any period the law requires afterwards. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period for security purposes.

11. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your application at any time — just contact us and we will act within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to or restrict how we use your data, to receive it in a portable format, and to complain to a regulator: in the UK the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), in Canada the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (priv.gc.ca), and in the US your state attorney general. We will never treat you differently for exercising a right.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change materially affects how we use data you have already given us, we will contact you about it.
