1. About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of www.lucixagency.com (the "Site") and the application form on it. By using the Site you agree to them. They cover the Site only: if we agree to work together, that relationship will be set out in a separate written agreement, which takes priority over anything here.

2. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or apply. By submitting an application you confirm that you are 18 or over, that the information you give is accurate and about you, and that you are legally able to enter into agreements in the country where you live.

3. Acceptable use

The Site and everything on it — text, design, logo and images — belongs to Lucix Agency or its licensors. You may browse it for your own use. You may not:

• Copy, sell or reuse any part of the Site or our branding without written permission.
• Submit false information, apply on someone else's behalf, or use the Site for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Scrape, probe or interfere with the Site or the form.

4. Applications

Submitting an application does not create any obligation on either side. We review every application but cannot promise to reply to or accept all of them, and we may decline without giving a reason. Anything you send us through the form is handled as described in our Privacy Policy; please do not send explicit content, identity documents or payment details through the Site.

5. No guarantees

The Site is provided as it is. Nothing on it is a promise of income, growth or results: every creator's outcome depends on their own content, effort and audience. Testimonials describe individual experiences and are not a guarantee of yours.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Lucix Agency is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Your responsibility

If you break these Terms and it causes us loss — for example by submitting someone else's details or misusing the Site — you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute about them will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, this does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your own country.
